Instructions

  • The Cozy Apple Cinnamon Bowl: Spoon 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese into your bowl. Put the chopped 1/2 apple right on top. Sprinkle the 1 Tbsp of chopped walnuts over it. Drizzle 1 Tbsp of maple syrup across the whole thing. Finish it off with a pinch of cinnamon.
  • The Nostalgic Peanut Butter and Jelly Bowl: Put 1/2 cup of cottage cheese into your container. Add the 1/4 cup of rolled oats next to it. Spoon 1 Tbsp of jam and 1 Tbsp of peanut butter side by side. Mix it all gently before you eat.
  • The Garden Fresh Savory Bowl: Put an inch of water in a small pot with a lid. Bring it to a boil. Carefully lower 1 large egg in with a spoon. Put the lid on and steam it for exactly 12 minutes. Move the egg to ice water. Peel it and slice it in half. Put the egg, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 6 grape tomatoes, and 6 slices of cucumber in a bowl. Add a pinch of freshly cracked black pepper.
  • The Elegant Blueberry Cheesecake Bowl: Mix 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract right into 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Put the 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries and 2 Tbsp of sliced almonds on top. Add a 1 tsp honey drizzle to finish it.
  • The Sun-Drenched Tropical Escape: Put 1/2 cup of cottage cheese into a bowl. Add the 1/2 cup of drained canned pineapple tidbits and the sliced 1/4 banana. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of shredded coconut over everything.
  • The Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Bowl: Stir 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp of brown sugar, and 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract into 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Let it sit for two minutes so the dry cocoa mixes in well. Top it with 1/4 cup of granola and 1 Tbsp of peanut butter.

Notes

Pro Tip: If you hate the clumpy texture of cottage cheese, simply put the whole tub in a blender. Blend it for one minute. It will come out as smooth as yogurt!
