 - 2 tbsp Ranch dressing
 - 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese reduced fat
 - 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
 - Salt and pepper to taste optional

  Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the chicken
Pat the chicken filet dry with paper towels and place it in a small baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
Make the cottage cheese mixture
In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese and ranch dressing. Mix well with a fork until blended and slightly smooth.

Bake
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese topping is bubbly and golden brown.
Rest and serve
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 3 minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
