- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup keto self-rising flour
- or make your own with 1 cup almond flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch salt
- 1 large egg for egg wash
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning optional
