Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Fresh mushrooms Sliced uniformly; white button or cremini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Sea salt Coarse
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Freshly cracked

Instructions
 

  • Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel or soft brush. Avoid soaking them in water.
  • Slice the mushrooms into an even, quarter-inch thickness for consistent cooking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic paste, sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the mushrooms in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously at the 7-minute mark to ensure even browning.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. Reheat in an air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes; avoid the microwave to maintain texture.
