Instructions
Place your serving bowl into the freezer to chill for at least ten minutes.
Pour the canned coconut milk and optional keto yogurt into your blender jar.
Add the frozen strawberries directly on top of the liquids.
Run the sealed acai packet under warm water for ten seconds.
Break the puree into chunks, open the packet, and drop chunks into the blender.
Start the blender on a very low speed.
Gradually increase to medium, using a tamper tool to push ingredients into the blades.
Blend for about forty-five seconds until smooth, thick, and creamy.
Scoop the thick mixture into your thoroughly chilled serving bowl.
Arrange the walnuts, fresh blueberries, and keto granola neatly on top.
Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy.
Notes
Acai bowls do not store well once blended. If you freeze the leftovers, they become a solid block of ice. If left in the fridge, they melt into soup. Always make this recipe fresh right before eating.
